1 - Reservations
1.1 - All bookings for cruises in this brochure should be made in writing, and they reconfirmed the same way.
1.2 - Any reservation shall be considered effective when confirmed by the client, which for this purpose shall signal with a deposit of 50% of the total agreed and the remaining 50% until 72 hours prior to the cruise.
1.3 - Rota do Douro reserves the right to cancel any reservation that does not respect the conditions set out above.
2 - Prices
2.1 - The prices shown for each cruise based on costs prevailing at the date of printing of this brochure may be subject to alteration should they occur in significant variations in our cost components.
2.2 - These price changes will be communicated to the client by a deadline set by the Rota do Douro, accept the change or cancel your reservation under the terms and conditions set out in these conditions.
2.3 - are given special prices for children, thus: for children aged less than or equal to 3 years the reduction is 100% and 50% for children aged 4 to 11 years if properly monitored by parents , from 12 pay the value of the cruise in full.
2.4 - The program of St. John and New Year is not made any reduction of value to children.
2.4 - The prices in this brochure include VAT on fees.
3 - Cancellations
A Rota do Douro reserves the right to cancel:
3.1 - Conducting the cruises listed in this booklet, if the minimum number of participants does not occur, in which customers will be reimbursed by the values that confirmed the reservation without the Rota do Douro is obliged to receive any compensation;
3.2 - For facts attributable to it, such as bad weather, poor navigability, failures in the navigation locks, failure / damage to vessels, unforeseen delays, strikes and more.
3.3 The cancellation of a cruise by the customer requires it to indemnify the company ROTA DOURO amount of fees taken with this, taking into account the implementation of any service has been contracted, provided this is done less than 15 days before the day of the cruise.
4 - Amendments
Rota do Douro reserves the right to: change routes and schedules for cruises, boats replace, substitute means of transport for others in the same category where there are unforeseen circumstances beyond their control.
5 - Complaints
Complaints will only be considered those that: are made by participants during the cruise and those submitted in writing during the five days after the date of the service.
6 - Insurance
The existing insurance are required by Portuguese Law.
7 - Foro
The Court of the District of Vila Nova de Gaia is competent to resolve disputes that might possibly exist.
